FRONT OVER FENDER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Affix the protective tape to the position shown in the figure to prevent scratches and damage.

2.  Remove the fasteners.

3.  Move the remover tool in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and detach the front over fender clips from the front bumper starting from the vehicle front.

4.  Move the remover tool in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and detach the front over fender clips from the front fender panel starting from the vehicle front.

5.  Remove the fasteners.

6.  Partially peel back the front mudguard.

7.  While pressing the clips in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure, move the remover tool in the direction of arrow (2) and detach the front over fender clips from the front fender panel starting from the vehicle front.

8.  Move the remover tool in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and detach the front over fender clips from the front fender panel.

9.  Remove the front over fender while pushing them down in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.

10.  Remove the clips.

11.  Install in the reverse order of removal. (See Front Over Fender Installation Note.)

Warning

•  When installing the front over fender, verify that clips are not damaged, if they are damaged, replace them with new ones. Otherwise, the front over fender may fall off while the vehicle is being driven, leading to a serious accident.

Front Over Fender Installation Note

1.  Install the front over fender clips.

2.  Press in the front over fender in the order of the arrows shown in the figure and attach the front over fender clips to the vehicle body.

3.  Press the front over fender in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and attach the front over fender tab to the front over fender bracket.

4.  Install the fastener in the order of arrows shown in the figure.

5.  Install the front over fender.
