Resistance Inspection

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Disconnect the air bypass valve connector. (See DYNAMIC PRESSURE TURBO REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.5T].)

3.  Inspect the resistance between air bypass valve terminals A and B.

12.7—13.7 ohms [23°C {73 °F}]
•  If not within the specification, replace the dynamic pressure turbo. (See DYNAMIC PRESSURE TURBO REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.5T].)
