WASTEGATE VALVE ACTUATOR INSPECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.5T]

Continuity Inspection

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Disconnect the wastegate valve actuator connector. (See DYNAMIC PRESSURE TURBO REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.5T].)

3.  Inspect for continuity between wastegate valve actuator terminals B and F.

•  If there is no continuity, replace the dynamic pressure turbo. (See DYNAMIC PRESSURE TURBO REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.5T].)
