Overheat protection control
|
|
DETECTION CONDITION
|
• Pump motor, traction control solenoid valve and stability control solenoid valve is forcibly operated for 30 s or more is detected.
• Inlet solenoid valve is forcibly operated for 120 s or more and outlet solenoid valve is forcibly operated for 30 s or more is detected.

|
FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION
|
• Refer to “Fail-safe function table”. (See DTC TABLE [DSC HU/CM].)
|
|
|
POSSIBLE CAUSE
|
• Overheating protection control is performed to protect solenoid valve inside DSC HU/CM, however, this is not a malfunction
|
|
|

VERIFY DSC HU/CM DTC
• Using the M-MDS, clear the DTC from the DSC HU/CM.
(See CLEARING DTC [DSC HU/CM].)
• Using the M-MDS, perform the DSC HU/CM DTC inspection.
(See DTC INSPECTION [DSC HU/CM].)
• Is the same DTC present?

Yes
|
Replace the DSC HU/CM, then go to the next step.
|

No
|
Go to the next step.

VERIFY NO DTC IS PRESENT
• Are any DTCs present?

Yes
|
Go to the applicable DTC inspection.
(See DTC TABLE [DSC HU/CM].)

No
|
DTC troubleshooting completed.
