BASS-BOX INSPECTION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the trunk covering. (See TRUNK COVERING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the trunk board. (See TRUNK BOARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Disconnect the short-cord connector. (See BASS-BOX REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

5.  Verify the resistance between bass-box terminals.

•  If not within the specification, replace the bass-box.
