Note

•  If the procedure is performed while holding the Mazda ERA-GLONASS speaker cone, it could deform the cone causing a malfunction. Therefore, perform the procedure while holding any part other than the cone.

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the center speaker grille. (See SPEAKER GRILLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the screws.

4.  Disconnect the Mazda ERA-GLONASS speaker connector.

5.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
