DETECTION CONDITION
•  C0062:28
?  Longitudinal-G sensor signal outside of specified value.
•  C0062:54
?  No longitudinal-G sensor initialization is detected.
•  C0062:64
?  Difference between longitudinal-G calculated by each sensor and longitudinal-G received from low-G sensor outside of specified value is detected.
FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION
•  Refer to “Fail-safe function table”. (See DTC TABLE [DSC HU/CM].)
POSSIBLE CAUSE
•  The initialization procedure for the low-G sensor has not been performed
•  SAS control module malfunction
•  DSC HU/CM malfunction

VERIFY LOW-G SENSOR INITIALIZATION
•  Has the low-G sensor initialization procedure been performed?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Perform the low-G sensor initialization procedure, then go to the next step.

VERIFY SAS CONTROL MODULE DTC
•  Using the M-MDS, perform the SAS control module DTC inspection.
•  Are any DTCs present?
Yes
Go to the applicable DTC inspection.
DTC troubleshooting completed, then go to the next step.
No
Go to the next step.

VERIFY DTC TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED
•  Using the M-MDS, clear the DTC from the DSC HU/CM.
•  Using the M-MDS, perform the DSC HU/CM DTC inspection.
•  Is the same DTC present?
Yes
Repeat the inspection from Step1.
If the malfunction recurs, replace the DSC HU/CM, then go to the next step.
No
Go to the next step.
4
VERIFY NO DTC IS PRESENT
•  Are any DTCs present?
Yes
Go to the applicable DTC inspection.
No
DTC troubleshooting completed.
