SECOND-ROW SEAT SIDE COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Driver-side second-row seat

Rear door-side second-row seat side cover

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal.(See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the second-row seat(driver-side).(See SECOND-ROW SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the second-row seat cushion.(See SECOND-ROW SEAT CUSHION REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Move the flat head screwdriver in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and detach the tab.

5.  Move the flat head screwdriver in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and detach the tab.

6.  Remove the recliner lever knob.

7.  Remove the clips from the second-row seat cushion frame.

8.  To detach the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover, insert the remover tool between the second-row seat side cover and the reverse cover.

9.  Move the remover tool in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure and detach the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover.

10.  Detach all the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover.

11.  To detach the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover, insert the remover tool between the second-row seat side cover and the reverse cover.

12.  Move the remover tool in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure and detach the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover.

13.  Pull the second-row seat side cover in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure and pull out the pin.

14.  Remove the second-row seat side cover.

15.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

Rear console-side second-row seat side cover

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal.(See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the second-row seat(driver-side).(See SECOND-ROW SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the second-row seat cushion.(See SECOND-ROW SEAT CUSHION REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Remove the screw.

5.  Remove the cover.

6.  To detach the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover, insert the remover tool between the second-row seat side cover and the reverse cover.

7.  Move the remover tool in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure and detach the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover.

8.  Detach all the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover.

9.  To detach the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover, insert the remover tool between the second-row seat side cover and the reverse cover.

10.  Move the remover tool in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure and detach the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover.

11.  Detach all the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover.

12.  Remove the second-row seat side cover.

13.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

Passenger-side second-row seat

Rear console side second-row seat side cover

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal.(See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the second-row seat(passenger-side).(See SECOND-ROW SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the second-row seat cushion.(See SECOND-ROW SEAT CUSHION REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Remove the screw.

5.  To detach the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover, insert the remover tool between the second-row seat side cover and the reverse cover.

6.  Move the remover tool in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure and detach the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover.

7.  Detach all the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover.

8.  Move the second-row seat side cover in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and remove it while detaching the hook.

9.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

Rear door-side second-row seat side cover

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal.(See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the second-row seat(passenger-side).(See SECOND-ROW SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the second-row seat cushion.(See SECOND-ROW SEAT CUSHION REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Move the flat head screwdriver in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and detach the tab.

5.  Move the flat head screwdriver in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and detach the tab.

6.  Remove the recliner lever knob.

7.  Remove the clips from the second-row seat cushion frame.

8.  To detach the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover, insert the remover tool between the second-row seat side cover and the reverse cover.

9.  Move the remover tool in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure and detach the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover.

10.  Detach all the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover.

11.  To detach the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover, insert the remover tool between the second-row seat side cover and the reverse cover.

12.  Move the remover tool in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure and detach the reverse cover tabs from the second-row seat side cover.

13.  Pull the second-row seat side cover in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure and pull out the pin.

14.  Pull the second-row seat side cover in the direction of arrow (2) shown in the figure and unhook the hooks.

15.  Remove the second-row seat side cover.

16.  Pull the second-row seat side cover in the direction of arrow (2) shown in the figure and unhook the hooks.
