FRONT ACCESSORY SOCKET INSPECTION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the following parts.

(1)  Passenger-side console side panel (See CONSOLE SIDE PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2)  Passenger-side side wall (See SIDE WALL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3)  Front accessory socket (See FRONT ACCESSORY SOCKET REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Connect the tester probe to the position shown in the figure and verify that there is continuity.

•  If it cannot be verified, replace the front accessory socket. (See FRONT ACCESSORY SOCKET REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
