DTC U0415:68 [FORWARD SENSING CAMERA (FSC)]

id1502a3011100

Forward Sensing Camera (FSC) Type A (VIN Serial No. 100001—)

Description

Error signal received from DSC HU/CM

Detection condition
•  Forward sensing camera (FSC) receives the error signal from the DSC HU/CM for 5 s or more.
Fail-safe
•  Inhibits the lane departure warning system (LDWS).
Possible cause
•  DTCs are stored in the DSC HU/CM.
?  DSC HU/CM malfunction
•  Forward sensing camera (FSC) malfunction
Note
•  When running the vehicle on a chassis dynamometer even though the vehicle speed is high, DTCs may be detected because the amount of change in the images at the front of the vehicle shot by the Forward Sensing Camera (FSC) is low.
