With Rear Fog Light

L.H.D.

1. Disassemble in the order indicated in the table.

2. Remove the following parts:

(1) Rear fog light (See REAR FOG LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2) Rear ultrasonic sensor short-cord (With parking sensor system) (See REAR ULTRASONIC SENSOR SHORT-CORD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3) Rear ultrasonic sensor (With parking sensor system) (See REAR ULTRASONIC SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4	Rear reflector No.1
5	Rear fog light bracket
6	Rear fog light bezel
7	Bracket
8	Bumper guard (With bumper guard)

3. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.

1. Disassemble in the order indicated in the table.

2. Remove the following parts:

(2) Rear ultrasonic sensor short-cord (With parking sensor system) (See REAR ULTRASONIC SENSOR SHORT-CORD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3) Rear ultrasonic sensor (With parking sensor system) (See REAR ULTRASONIC SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

Without Rear Fog Light

1. Disassemble in the order indicated in the table.

2. Remove the rear ultrasonic sensor short-cord. (With parking sensor system) (See REAR ULTRASONIC SENSOR SHORT-CORD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3. Remove the rear ultrasonic sensor. (With parking sensor system) (See REAR ULTRASONIC SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.

Rivet Removal Note

1. When removing the rivet, perform the following procedure:

(1) Secure the rivet pin from the rear bumper side using needle-nose pliers.

Caution

• Always use a drill bit of the specified diameter when removing the rivet. If an inappropriate diameter drill bit is used, the rear bumper face and the bumper guard may be damaged.

(2) Use the following drill diameter.

Drill diameter:

4.9 mm {0.193 in} or less

(3) Remove the rivet flange using a drill and remove the rivet.

(4) Remove any rivet shavings from the rear bumper face and the bumper guard.
